We are happy to announce a new group on boundaries for adults (18+). Join us to learn what healthy boundaries are, why they matter, and how to set them in your everyday life. Through guided discussions and real-life practice, we’ll explore your experiences with boundaries and help you build skills to protect your time, energy, and well-being.
In the group you will:
Learn what boundaries are and why they’re important
Understand different types of boundaries
Identify where your personal boundary patterns come from
Practice setting and maintaining boundaries in a supportive setting
Explore challenges and emotions that come up when enforcing boundaries
Gain confidence in communicating your needs clearly and respectfully
The group is on Tuesdays from July 22 to September 16, 2025 from 4:30 to 6:00pm. It will be at our Arthur office and facilitated by Mikayla Logue.
