The Center for Family Development is looking for multiple child/adolescent mental health counselors, couples counselors, and an adult counselor. ​We are interested in both fully licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist) and associate level counselors.

We offer flexibility, autonomy, and space to allow team members to get creative in their role and bring their goals and ideas to fruition. We are open to a wide range of established therapeutic modalities and value speciality training and certifications. Fully licensed clinicians can work as a contractor or as a full time employee with benefits. All of our associates are employees. 

 

Our goal is to support clinicians first so you can focus on what you do best. We handle all your professional needs, including credentialing with insurance providers. And the onus for collecting client payment is on us. We support therapists first so they are unencumbered by administrative burdens that affect their quality of care.
 

The start date is flexible (ideally early 2025).

We offer:

• A full time salary based on 24 billable client hours per week. 

• Competitive compensation

  • Associates with one year of experience start at a rate of $57 per billable hour ($71k per year if seeing 24 clients per week).

  • Our range for fully licensed clinicians is between $60 to $66 per billable hour DOE. Contractors start at 70% of reimbursements.

• No show and late cancelation protection – employees are paid for the hour even if a client cancels or no shows.

• Flexible schedules. You set your hours, so take Fridays off.

• Paid supervision for associates (up to one hour per week of in house or external supervision).

• Your choice of clients (see only who you are comfortable with).

• A long waitlist and a steady stream of referrals.

• In house biller and client care team. We offer end-to-end administrative support that manages billing, credentialing, and more. You focus on seeing clients, we'll handle the rest.

• Weekly consultation groups.

This position is right for you if you are:

• Currently licensed in Washington state (PhD/PsyD, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) or have an associates license.

• Willing to see an average of 20-24 clients per week.

• Energized by helping others in a team and contributing to the culture of CFFD.

• Someone who works from a social justice and anti-racist perspective and is comfortable working with diverse clients.

• Interested in establishing groups, training, and other programming to support client and community needs. 

• Looking to continue learning and growing as a clinician.
