We are committed to a good work-life balance. Full time status is 24 billable hours per week (you get paid a full 40 hours). Most of our clinicians work four days a week.

Child Mental Health Counselor

In-Office, Full Time

The Center for Family Development (CFFD) is looking to hire a child mental health counselor with a flexible start date for sometime in late 2024.

You are a licensed LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or an associate with (or nearing) one year of post-Masters experience. New associates with previous work experience with children will also be considered.

We are open to a wide range of established therapeutic modalities. Work as a contractor or as a full time employee with benefits.

CFFD is a clinician founded, group private practice. We offer:

  • In house biller and receptionist. We offer end-to-end administrative support that manages billing, credentialing, and more. You focus on your clients, we'll handle the rest

  • No show and late cancelation protection

  • Weekly consultation groups

Requirements:

  • Masters or doctorate and a current Washington State license (PhD/PsyD, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) or an associates license with one year of post masters experience. New associates with previous work experience with children will also be considered.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

  • Willing to see an average of 21-24 clients per week

  • Additional post masters training in one or more established therapeutic modalities
