Associate or Licensed Child Therapist
In-Office, Full Time
The Center for Family Development (CFFD) is seeking a mental health counselor with a focus on working with children and families.
We welcome applications from both fully licensed clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist) and associate-level counselors. Ideally, associate candidates will have at least one year of post-master's clinical experience. However, we are open to new associates who have relevant experience working with children in mental health settings.
The ideal candidate will work with children aged 3–11 and their families, with most of the caseload likely focused on children ages 6–11. Candidates should be familiar with multiple therapeutic approaches, such as play therapy, CBT for children, PCIT, family therapy, and attachment-informed modalities. Interest in leading or co-leading groups is a plus.

At CFFD, we value flexibility, autonomy, and creativity. Our team members are encouraged to pursue their interests and bring their ideas to life. We ensure clinicians are unencumbered by administrative burdens that affect their quality of care, and we prioritize supporting clinicians so you can focus on what you do best.
