What to Expect from a Group
Confidentiality: Everything shared in group remains private and confidential among members.
Professional Guidance: All groups are led by therapists who create a safe, structured environment for growth.
Flexible Commitment: Groups vary in length from short-term workshops to ongoing support groups, allowing you to choose what works best for your schedule and goals.
Inclusive Environment: We welcome people of all backgrounds and experiences, fostering a space where everyone feels valued and heard.
Benefits: Group therapy can be particularly effective for building social skills, reducing isolation, gaining new perspectives, and creating lasting connections with others who understand your experiences. Many people find that the combination of professional guidance and peer support accelerates their healing journey in ways that individual therapy alone cannot provide.
