Kelsi Adams, MSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate

Kelsi graduated from Washington State University with her Bachelors in Human Development and Psychology and earned her Masters of Social Work degree at Eastern Washington University. Kelsi has worked in mental health and social work since 2005, mostly with adolescents, young adults, those experiencing grief and end of life issues. She takes a strengths-based and client-centered approach in her work and is committed to meeting her clients where they are at, using the empowerment model. Kelsi uses evidenced-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. At the client’s direction, Kelsi supports the client’s spiritual exploration, healing and development.

Tara Marcella, MSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate

I received my Master’s in Social Work from Eastern Washington University. I utilize a client centered approach with my clients because I believe that you are in charge of your treatment and I am here to help guide and support you through it. I have experience with providing mental health counseling in a medical setting with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and PTSD, along with medical illnesses.  I have experience with working with at risk youth who are struggling with addiction in an outpatient and inpatient setting. I believe that not one approach fits all so I will utilize the intervention that best fits you. I have practice in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Theory (ACT), and Problem-Solving Theory (PST).
