Jo has been in private practice for 18 years and has worked in the field of counseling for 22 years. Her practice is holistic, addressing the need for integration of body/mind/spirit. She recognizes each individual’s self-worth by using the client-centered approach along with mindfulness techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy. Jo sees adolescents, adults, and couples. Jo is certified to teach circle of security parenting and enjoys facilitating attachment groups as well as working with individuals on parenting challenges.
Tonya Geschke Carlson, MS, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Tonya received her degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University. Her training includes a comprehensive understanding of Family Systems Theory, which strongly influences her approach to therapy, whether with individuals, families, couples or children. While working on her Master’s degree and internship in Marriage and Family Therapy, Tonya worked in a wide range of settings, including in-patient facilities, residential care facilities, partial hospitalization programs, as well as private practice clinical therapy.
